Its music, written by a human being, that gives recognizable life to our innner emotions.
Its the music that matters, whoever wrote it, whatever his name, whatever he believed in.

Hi,
beautiful recording.
But the Agnus Dei of the Requiem, together with the "Sanctus" and "Benedictus" was not written by Mozart, but by Süssmayr alone (there are no Mozart-Sketches for these parts).
So, although it is possible that Mozart told Süssmayr how to finish the Requiem, he left no written clues, and therefor we have to admire Süssmayr too for writing such great music :)
