It's weard, I just saw a CDi at game traders the other day. Some guy was using it for a carioky machine.
Personally I didn't find the Pirate thing that grate but you might wont to think about going to Deviant art and asking around for artists to help you out.
Or you could try working with Poser or Daz studio. Although that would mean sinking money into it.
