Dang Thai Son's freaking hands look like spiders because he has long fingers and they crawl up and down the keyboard. it looks cool

IMHO the evidence is that Pogorelich is 100
times more interesting and poetic than this
pianist. The competitions system is industry,
having not in common with art.
Also in this ... ( 7 months ago by SarrasaniPianoCircus)
Also in this nocturne (I heard recently from him) Pogorelich demonstrates to be at another level of musical poetry. No comparation, this
is industrial pianism, Ivo is a poet.

SarrasaniPianoCircus:Thank you for your response.I respect your opinion, I respect your way of view but I don't agree with you.Dang Thai Son's playing is also very poetic and very interesting. And if someone don't like him it has to do only with taste and not with his quality as an artist and as a pianist.
In that competition ... ( 7 months ago by SarrasaniPianoCircus)
In that competition the (ridicolous) jury had
no problems: Ivo cut off without doubt.
But this is only an example of how many competitions are unuseful or dangerous for music. Good to build an average, industrial
mainstream taste, a poison for freedom and
poetry. No one (a part, partially, Bunin) of
the Chopin competition winners (some imbarassing names....) is among my favourite
pianists. Industry, advertising triumph of mainstream taste, mafia....art is otherwhere
other in competition

Ahaha, the truth? This is subjective, hence there is no "ultimate" truth. But good musicians see one thing, bad musicians see different things. That's all.

Good performance. ... ( 4 months ago by garrickohlsson)
Good performance. Dang Thai Son seems to have some understanding of the flowing nature of Chopin's music, although he sometimes lacks percussive emphasis.

oh pull the dildo out of your ass, please. i can't believe the nerve and pretention some people will aspire to thanks to the anonymity of youtube.
more interesting would be for you to actually make some music so we can see how earth-shattering it is compared to this, rather than you playing the lofty critic. anybody can do that.

SUCH a pleasurable honor, wasn't it? we all really pity you since it's highs like these which apparently make your day.
i'm not particularly moved by this performance either. but even in my few years i've developed a skill called control and respect. you can be ashamed of yourself: a 54 year old man desperate to free his anger and disappointment in really pathetic ways.
