The video is a parody on the theory behind part of the lyrics, David v Goliath, and that the Bible shouldn't be believed. i.e. Somerville shouldn't be able to eat more pies than the big guy.
In a sense it's disagreeing with the initial point of the original tune, that the Bible shouldn't be believed.
I mean, did Jonah really live in a whale? I don't think so .. :-)
