the only reason that wolves can be hunted is because the population is healthy enough to warrant a hunt. If the populations were so low wouldn't it be made illegal. I also feel that many of you live anywhere but alaska. Do you honestly think alaskans would allow an animal to be killed to the point of extinction.

wolfadvocate, there are alot of ppl who travel to Alaska to just hunt or fish. It is the only state in the U.S. that offers such a veriety of game as well as the only state the allows wolf hunting.

People say these creatures are monsters. Do they look like monsters, I don't think so. Their brilliant creatures. People are just frightened of things that can outsmart a human. But what they don't realize is we are sort of related to them. They live in family groups of mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters living together. They struggle to find food just as much as we do to buy food. We think our lives are tough. Well no normal city human would be able to survive like a wolf. Great Video!

there is nothing wrong with hunting but this is just wrong its not even fair. these people are not real hunters at all. i work on a ranch in wyoming and ive talked to our hunting guides and they hate this stuff.

Wolves hunt game, humans have as well. But wolves aren't natural prey.
Hunting moose and caribou is one thing, but this wolf hunting is just a violation of nature. The very fact that they need a plane to do it is just proof.
