Guitars were either Bill Nelson or Pete Shelley, give Bill nelson a listen I think you may like it, Bill nelson, the best thing to ever come out of wakefield. The musicians were usually refered to as the invisible girls. Hope thi helps.

Right...yeah...thanks. I know of Bill Nelson....but not checked him out fully. Will give him a go. I did have a 12" single by him...think it was called Acceleration. I bought it cos my band, at the time, was called Acceleration. So...thanks for that wato59

Rubbish. I guess you weren't there. The Tories had no heart. The unions had problems and responsibilities for some of what happened, but the Tories were toxic to millions of people. For some it was a death sentence; for others it was like having the worst kind of neighbour - the one who beats you up and then forces you to quit for somewhere else.
For millions 'Tory' meant 'no hope'. It was a big Tory mistake; working class Tories have been the backbone of the party and this stopped them joining
