I don't think the purpose of the video or the interview is to send out a message of "Join PETA." I believe this just displays one example of how we can all make choices that could allow us to benefit as far as our individual health is concerned.

Wow. That's a really misunderstanding and ignorant statement. I think if you would read any of the words that Matthew Embree has written, you would be able to see that he's not quite the "sheep" you claim him to be. I hope you feel significant.

That's interesting. From my perspective, I see the writing as observations and commentary. The only "preaching" I know of is when he seems to express a genuine attitude of a reasonable and responsible method of stating what he believes is right and wrong from his own point-of-view, but still managing to acknowledge that he does not know what is best for everyone.
What are your examples of what you believe to be something he preaches and also what makes him a huge hypocrite?

i totally respect vegans and vegetarians for being that because its so hard to give up dairy and meat. But its true that your body cant digest cellulose very well, and vegetarians have to eat a lot more to get enough nutrients
