Those people who've commented justifying this act of cruelty by saying that this guy is just pointing out a disgusting event that happens everyday are imbeciles. That's like saying we should tie a real person up and starve them to death or burn down an entire rain forest for the hell of it and film it so we can draw attention to such terrible atrocities and call it "art.

Natividad was a stray dog in terrible conditions, whe was caught from the street and.. let yourself informed there is a lot of information on internet. She was named Natividad as a kind of revenge.
She needed to be cared. One hour in that place without water was a martyrium.
She died of starvation and dehidratation.

Por qué no te informas más. Puedes buscar en Internet. Natividad estaba en pésimas condiciones, fue levantada de la calle y llevada a ese lugar, donde murió deshidratada y de inanición. No importa cómo hable el inglés. Dio la cara por una causa.
