2:20-2:25 seriously ruined my life for half a minute
5:13 is an incredibly nice deflection by GoodEnoughForMe.
1:33 is the best KO in the history of KOs. Oh my god that was so invigorating.
Overall a really good match, I feel like I didn't play Ike as good as I can though... I picked him because I asked my brother who to pick XD I wasn't quite mentally prepared for his style, especially against that stupid up-smash.
I love this song too, the mood it sets is amazing.

I actually didn't know if that was a deflection or if it registered as me jumping on it, but looking back I wonder why the latter thought even crossed my mind.
The ledge guard KO was pretty frustrating (albeit impressive), and the second FS ticked me off to. I felt like I was in control of the match except for the part directly preceeding those, which unfortunately meant the end on the latter.

5:24's the mistake... I A combo'd when I should've grabbed... sigh. I played so badly. I was letting go of smashes early all of the place for the first half of the match... at least I had some awesome Smash ball usage eh?

through a sad amount of research I found out this was in the last episode of cowboy bebop - is that where you took on "Spike"? I never really watched Cowboy Bebop because I liked Kenshin more, but it had a couple of awesome episodes (basically the two times I randomly saw Spike v. Vicious =D)

Nah, Although Cowboy Bebop is my favorite anime, Spike was a nickname I got as a kid. I've asked a few people why they started calling me "Spike" and I always get different answers, so I guess it was just meant to be :P

I realized after I posted that that Ike = Vicious and Fox = Spike, if you were intending that. Which is a totally awesome analogy if you were going for it. If not, then you're subconsciously awesome ^_^
Although next time Ike's not losing to Fox so different music will be in order. If I had any video-editing talent I'd spend time making random comparison videos between us playing and animes, but I don't so I don't have to worry about wasting my summer that way =P

It wasn't my original intention to portray Fox as Spike and Ike as Vicious but now that you mention it, Fox is indeed a pilot bounty hunter and Ike is a swordsman out for vengeance :D
