Chapter 7
"Oh my God, oh my God, oh my frickin God!" Ashley said. She started breathing heavily. Joe held onto her tight. She secretly loved that, but was too scared to think about that. Right in front of them, chained to the wall, was 3 dead bodies. Ashley screamed. "Those bodies don't look like they've been dead for that long!" she said, breathing heavily. "Yeah, only about...a couple weeks." They both shivered. "Let's get out of here!" Ashley pulled him back to the exit, but when they got there, the exit was gone. "Shit, where's the frickin exit?" Joe said, getting more terrified by the minute. "Are you SURE we came the right way?" "Well, DUH!" "there's no side tunnels, only this straight down long one!" Ashley screamed at him. She was getting very scared, and she always screams at people when she's mad. Joe pounds on the wall with all of his strength. It wouldn't budge, so he punched it. "OW, SHIT!" he pulled his fist back in pain. The siding didn't even budge. "Well, I guess the only thing to do now is..." "head that way...past the" Ashley gulps. "past the bodies."
"Don't worry," Kevin told Jackie. "It's probably just..." He turned to where the sound came from. "Look, no one's there." "Are you sure, look behind those boxes over there...anyone there?" Jackie said, still paranoid. "Hold on, I'll check," Kevin said, as he went over to the boxes. "See, there's no one here, just a bunch of boxes." He turned to Jackie. "Jackie, LOOK OUT!" he screamed. Right behind her a big shadow illuminated, and the person that the shadow belonged to...was holding a knife.
Frankie and Christina were in the basement searching still. "'Cwistina, I don't like the basement," little Frankie said. "Neither do I," said Christina, "but we have to find Sarah. "I know, but can we do it by NOT being in the basement?" Christina laughs. "Don't worry Frankie, we're almost done, just a little bit longer." (corny, I know!!! ;D)
Ashley and Joe start heading down the tunnel again, and they reach the spot where they were before, right near the bodies. Ashley starts crying again, as they both step over the bodies and continue down the tunnel. "Joe, we GOT TO get out of here, I don't want to end up like...them," Ashley says, referring to the dead bodies. "Don't worry Ash, we'll get out of here...somehow," Joe told her, not really sure how they were going to get out. WHEN they were going to get out. IF they were going to get out.
"No no NO, this can NOT be happening!" Martha starts crying, "It's not like this is a frickin horror story, GOD, I hate my life!" "Sarah, WHY?" she sobbed into Nick's shirt. Nick held her close. "Why does this shit ALWAYS have to happen to me and MY friends. "You mean, 'my friends and I'" Nick says, trying to lighten the mood. "You're NOT helping!" she started sobbing again. And do you wanna know what was in the closet? Sarah's dead body, hanging by a hanger, a knife shoved into her neck, her lifeless corpse hanging. And the scary thing was, in her hand, was a note. It said, "Tonight you will ALL die."
